Little Masters Development Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CPSE Special Education Teacher to provide high-quality educational services to preschool-aged children with developmental delays and disabilities. The ideal candidate is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary professionals to support each child's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP goals.
- Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with families, related service providers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in CPSE meetings, IEP development, and team planning.
- Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to meet students' unique learning needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Current New York State Special Education Certification
- Experience in ABA
- Previous classroom teaching experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a CPSE or early intervention setting.
- Knowledge of New York State CPSE regulations and IEP development.
- Experience collaborating with speech, occupational, and physical therapists.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
